Our goal is to offer a "Foundational" tier that remains included in your membership, while providing "Enhanced" options for agents who want more hands-on administrative management.

As always, our focus remains on providing reliable, high-quality support so you can stay focused on growing your business.

Listing Compliance

  • Initial Setup: Creating the Command file and uploading your documents.

  • MLS Entry: Creating the listing, writing the property description, and uploading photos.

  • One-Time Audit: Providing one "Compliance Report" (identifying missing signatures/docs), submitting your documents for compliance review (within 10 days) and relaying notes from Risk Management one time.

  • CDA Request: Requesting your CDA once the file is ready.

 

Below is NOT included:

  • Ongoing Corrections: Any back-and-forth with Risk Management or document resubmissions after the initial report.

  • Document Drafting: Drafting new documents, correcting existing documents or managing signature sequences for you.

  • MLS Maintenance: Uploading attachments to MLS, scheduling photos, writing photo descriptions, updating statuses, and adding open houses.

  • Active Coordination: Follow-ups, communication with third parties, and hands-on transaction management.

***Upon submission of a signed listing agreement, your MLS listing will be prepared within 48 hours. If your listing is not due immediately, we will ensure your MLS is ready one week before the anticipated activation date.

***The executed contract must be submitted to us no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled closing date.

***Your file will be reviewed within 1-2 days.

​Do you need help with cleaning up your file? Our Compliance Assist ($50) covers document corrections, completion of missing items, obtaining signatures, and handling all resubmissions to RM!

If you need extra help on a specific transaction, you can add:

  • Drafting all documents & ensuring compliance - $100

  • Full TC Services


For agents who prefer a more hands-off experience, our full TC services provide complete support and management throughout the transaction.

• Seller – $330
• Buyer – $235
• Lease – $120

A $50 non-refundable activation fee is required to begin, with the remaining balance due at closing.

 

Please note that if any part of the transaction is handled independently, the full remaining balance will still apply for services already rendered.
